Restorative Justice is a way of thinking about and dealing with conflict.  It focuses on taking responsibility for actions, repairing harm caused and strengthening relationships.  Respect is a priority.  The process involves identify feelings and developing different strategies for meeting the needs of all those involved in the conflict.

At KLO, staff, student leaders and community volunteers are trained to support the restorative justice model.

Needs are NEVER in Conflict.
